I spent wonderful days at the Centre of the 19th Century Historical Researches, the University Paris 1 as a Canon Foundation Research Fellow. I did not only my own research on French modern parliamentary history but also interactions with historical researchers based in France. At the same time, I visited a lot of cultural and historical places (landmarks, museums, palaces and parliaments, etc.) in France and Europe: like, Marseilles, Lyon, Nice, Strasbourg, London, Brussels, Luxembourg, etc. Thanks to kind supports from the Canon Foundation, the year I spent in Paris was great; I believe it was definitely one of important scenes in my research career.
